Overview:
This interactive workshop provides comprehensive training in how to structure your business and workforce to successfully navigate through COVID-19. The workshop will cover the following:
- Stakeholder analysis: identification of stakeholder needs; frequency, modality and content of communications to each stakeholder, contingency plans for changes to stakeholder involvement
- Strategy: translation of previous strategic plans to suit acute timeframes and address both opportunities and threats
- Structure: exposure to different methods of enabling social distancing but fostering connection; technology and processes required to facilitate working from home; technology and processes required to maintain supply and delivery of products and services
- Formation, composition and tasks of essential teams required to plan and facilitate sustainable business through the crisis
- Templates and technology for communicating and maintaining connection with employees, customers, clients, supplier, community, regulators
- Organisational culture: how to translate organisational values and behavioural expectations to virtual work and tips for how to maintain morale and culture
The facilitator will offer ongoing opportunities for interaction with and between participants via Q and A, chat functions, polls and “raise hands”.
